SMTM was established in 2014 to help businesses and individuals build and engage with audiences in the digital world. Its founders have spent their careers at the forefront of digital marketing and communications, working in both B2B and B2C markets, agency and client side across Music, Sport, Digital, Finance and FMCG.

Andy Martinus has worked in the marketing and communications industry, with time spent in the B2B and B2C PR world working with clients from the worlds of finance, consumer, technology and professional services. From profile raising campaigns for start up businesses, to issues-led awareness programmes, Andy has generated coverage for his clients across all levels of the media, from national and regional newspapers, online and trade specific outlets, to building broadcast media campaigns for individuals and businesses which have included appearances on many national TV and radio outlets. In addition, Andy has always played a large role in the digital and social strategy, building and executing social media positioning and engagement plans for many clients.

Anwar Nuseibeh’s career has seen him lead pioneering digital marketing campaigns for the likes of Mark Ronson, Calvin Harris and Jamiroquai while at Sony Music and Madonna, Pendulum, Muse, REM, Gnarls Barkley and Linkin Park while Head Of Digital Marketing at Warner Music. Anwar then took his vast experience to brands like Braun, Coca Cola and Oakley with the innovative You Vs campaign involving Mark Cavendish and Rory McIlroy before stepping into the world of YouTube leading Audience Development on one of YouTube’s first UK Originals Channel – Copa90. Anwar has covered every aspect of Digital Marketing including - content creation and distribution, social media management / CRM, site design and build, CMS, SEO, retail, advertising, PR, buzz creation etc. As well as leading teams, a large part of his career has always been bringing Digital into other areas e.g. PR, Sales, Advertising etc. He has consulted for PR, Gaming and Advertising agencies giving them the best practice on Digital Marketing.

SMTM catapulted NudeAudio into the UK music scene and put our products in the hands of hundreds of influencers. Acting as an integral part of our team, and running our social channels day-to-day, we could not have had the success we did on Kickstarter without them. Cheers Andy & Anwar!
